We look for COBOL OR POWER BUILDER programmer with Eligibility experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
    - The individual must have Mainframe TSO knowledge, Experience with COBOL, CICS (screens, transactions, TS & TD Queues), VSAM files, JCL, and DB2.
   - This position requires a highly motivated individual possessing strong analytical & technical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of accountability, and ability to work within a team environment. The candidate must have the ability to work either independently or as a team member on complex development, integration, or software support efforts. The candidate must be willing to follow a structured development methodology & Sarbanes-Oxley procedures, and have proven strength in the following job related characteristics: judgment, accountability, sense of urgency, communications, customer focus, interpersonal skills, planning and organizing, and teamwork.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
     - Install/1, Xpediter, Endevor/MVS, Foundation for Cooperative Processing (FCP), Core Method/1 methodology and 6 Sigma experience. Prior support or development experience, preferably in warehousing systems.
