Candidate Profile
- 5-6yrs development experience
- Senior SharePoint Developer
- Experienced .NET developer (C#) with proven record in developing Enterprise Level SharePoint applications

Must Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MOSS 2007 custom web part / site development using visual studio 2005 and SharePoint Designer
- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET (C#, .NET 2.0 or above) including client side UI development using HTML and JavaScript
- Proficiency in T-SQL development and solid database developer skills (stored procedures, ADO.NET, full text searching)
- Proficiency with Object Oriented Analysis, Modeling, and Development using .NET

Some Knowledge Required:
- XML (Querying, Parsing, and Processing)
- .NET Directory Services (connecting to LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)
- IIS Authentication Mechanisms – e.g. Negotiate for Kerberos protocol
- SQL Server 2000 DTS package development

Nice to have skills:
- AJAX
